I can jump from one task category to other task category but still keep track of everything nicely.

You can set a due date where it will turn yellow if the date has arrived and turn red if it pasts the due date.

You can also select a label so you know which tasks you want to do next.

If your task is a big project, you can create a separate category / group / box for it.

After you have completed the tasks, just mark the checkboxes and your tasks will strikethrough and turn grey.
