As a life coach, you must have the right tools and resources to help your clients achieve their goals. Then, when they can reach their goals, they will also reach their full potential. Tools are important because they increase your productivity and profitability while saving you time.
These six must-have tools to use as a life coach are great for brand new or old school coaches:
Acuity Scheduling
Life coaches need to easily schedule appointments with their clients and manage their calendars effectively. Acuity Scheduling is online scheduling software that makes life easier for both coaches and clients by booking multiple appointments at once, setting up automatic reminders, and tracking cancellations and no-shows.
QuickBooks Online
Managing client payments and keeping track of your business income and expenses can be challenging. QuickBooks Online is a convenient software platform that makes managing your finances as a coach easy. It includes features like invoicing, expense tracking, budgeting tools, and more. You can even file taxes free as part of the paid service each year.
Canva
You need to have the skills necessary to create professional-looking marketing materials for your business, including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, and more. Canva allows you to create high-quality digital designs with ease effortlessly – no design experience is required. It is also highly affordable, making it an excellent way to reduce your marketing budget.
Trello
This is my favorite organizational tool as a business owner. I couldn’t manage my business and my never-ending idea brain as a solo and mompreneur without this tool. Every business is different and I like to create specific boards that are personalized to my business on Trello to ease my workflow. However, there are universal Trello boards that you can use for your business as well like Trello Business Binder for digital business owners and service providers here. I like Notion as well but I stick to Trello longer than ever.
WordPress Website
When starting as a coach or building your brand in this industry, it is important to have a professional website highlighting your services and expertise. WordPress is an easy-to-use website design platform that allows you to easily set up a website for your business in just minutes. With a stylish website that reflects your brand, you can showcase your expertise and attract new clients. Moreover, it is highly customizable and comes with many different plugins that can make an excellent experience for you and your clients.
Female CEO Club Membership
